1st The bad news
You're going to die !
  • For dust thou art and unto dust shalt thou return. {gen. 3:19}
  • All are of the dust and all turn to dust again. {eccl. 3:20}
    Everything dies, that's no new news.
    The Bad news gets worse.
  • It is appointed unto men once to die. Yes,
               but after this the judgment. {heb. 9:27}
                "The Judgment"
  • I saw the dead small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened:
    ... and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books,
    according to their works.
    {rev. 20:12}
        Are you prepared for this judgment?
  • It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. {heb. 10:31}
            There's more!
  • And another book was opened, which is the book of life; {rev. 20:12}
  • And whosoever was not found written in the book of life
    was cast into the lake of fire.
    {rev. 20:15}
        Even if you think your judgment won't be too bad,
         if your name is not written in that book of life
           you're headed for that lake of fire.
    Death, Judgment and Hell may await you, in that order.
    Now The Good News
    You may have to die, but you can escape the judgment.
  • There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus. {rom. 8:1}
  • He that believeth on him is not condemned: {john 3:18}
    But wait
    The good news gets better
        You can not only escape judgment, (condemnation) but you can live again.
        If your name is found written in that book of life you live forever.
  • Every one which seeth the Son and believeth on him,
    may have everlasting life.
    {john 6:40}
  • Christ's blood was shed for you .   {I Peter 1:18,19}
  •              All you need to do is :
  •  C all upon his name.   {Romans 10:13}
  •  A dmit you're the sinner, you're the one who deserves the judgment.  {Romans 3:23}
  •  L et Christ bear the penalty for your sins.   {Hebrews 9:28}
  •  L et your faith in him be your righteousness.   {Philippians 3:9}
