My redeemer, Blessed Jesus,
       Lord and Saviour, God in Man,
Paid the debt for my salvation;
       Died for me; oh, wondrous plan!

First Corinthians fifteen: three
       Tells me that He died for me;
My penalty for sin He paid,
       And all my sins on Him, were laid.

He is now my Substitution,
       For He died that I might live,
Shed His blood and paid my ransom
       That He might salvation give.

Now I'm saved from sin – I'm free
       Because He is my Calvary.
He is my Peace and Righteousness,
       My Life and Hope – what blessedness!
       " For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received,
how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures. " 1 Corinthians 15:3

       "All we like sheep have gone astray:
we have turned everyone to His own way;
and the Lord hath laid on Him the iniquity of us all. " Isa 53:6

       " And He is the propitiation for our sins:
and not for ours only,
but also for the sins of the whole world. " 1 John 2:2
