      CONCERNING JESUS

"And when they had appointed him a day,

there came many to him into his lodging;
to whom he expounded and testified the kingdom of God,
persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses,
and out of the prophets, form morning till evening."Jesus is Lord
                              Acts 28:23
     Paul, a prisoner in Rome, was speaking to a big crowd of Jews, and the Bible says that he persuaded them CONCERNING JESUS. To sinners of all kinds Paul always preached Jesus Christ and Him crucified as the only hope of salvation.
Paul knew that salvation was not in:

   1. Morality, because before he was saved he himself was a Pharisee after the straitest sect (Acts 26:5).
   2. Education, for while he sat at the feet of Gamaliel he was lost in sin.
   3. Teaching, theories, beliefs and doctrines because he, in ignorance, persecuted the church of God, thinking he was doing the right thing.

   Notice that Paul, the prisoner, preached and persuaded

FROM MORNING TILL EVENING.
   He never tired of telling the story. May the Lord help us to be energetic and on the firing line, telling to a lost world the good old Gospel story that "Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures" (I Cor. 15:3).
Many times the servants of the Lord may get
"tired in the way," but we never get "tired of the way."
