#10	Poems and Readings Ask, Seek and Knock

Ask and it shall be given you –
   The promise is the Lord's,
And surely we can trust in Him
   And in His precious words.

And if you'll seek you'll surely find –
The Lord Himself doth say:
And not one seeking heart from Him
Has e'er been turned away.

Knock and the door will open wide
From His great heart of love.
Your cup of joy shall overflow
With blessings from above.

So ask Him much, and seek Him oft,
And knock – He's sure to hear.
To those who trust in child-like faith,
The Lord is ever near.
